United States, Canada, UK, Australia

 

• United States: Orders under $\text{\textdollar}800$ USD are generally exempt from duties and taxes under the De Minimis rule.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

 

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will process a full refund or replacement.

• If your tracking shows no updates after 15 business days for the US/Canada/UK/Australia, or 25 business days for the EU, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, process a replacement or full refund.
